A peer-led restoration path for Veterans, First Responders, and their families.

Service leaves a mark. Sometimes, not until long after the uniform comes off. OPERATION RESTORE: HEROES is a structured, faith-rooted, peer-led cohort experience designed to help those who serve stabilize, process trauma, and move forward with clarity and purpose. No fluff. We have lived it.

Confidential. Non-clinical. No rank. No titles. Can be mostly anonymous. Real people. Real tools. No BS.

Does this sound like you?

  • You're "fine" at work, but not at peace at home
  • Sleep is broken, patience is thin, stress stays high
  • You avoid talking about it because you don't want to be a burden
  • You're afraid to ask for help for fear it may harm your career
  • You've tried to push through, but now you're ready to get your life back

WHO IT IS FOR...

OPERATION RESTORE: HEROES is designed for Veterans, Active Military, First Responders, and their adult family members who are carrying the weight of cumulative stress, critical incidents, loss, or moral injury. This includes law enforcement, fire service, EMS, medical professionals, dispatchers, and corrections.

This is for those ready to engage honestly, not push it down anymore.

  • Peer-led by trained facilitators
  • Structured weekly sessions
  • Practical tools for daily life
  • Faith-rooted, never forced

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN & HOW IT WORKS...

  • Improved stress regulation and emotional awareness
  • Better sleep, clarity, and daily functioning
  • Healthier communication and relationships
  • A renewed sense of purpose beyond survival mode
  1. Apply and complete a short intake
  2. The participation fee is $50 per participant, which covers program materials and provides lifetime access to the TRiBe Hope online community, platform, and app.
  3. Many participants join through sponsored seats provided by donors and partners. If cost is a concern, you can request a "sponsored seat" during the application process. "PWYC" means even $0 is acceptable, but any amount you chose will go towards supporting others in need. We will never let cost be a barrier to your healing journey.
  4. Join a weekly online small-group cohort (8 weeks)
  5. Participate in guided discussions and exercises
  6. Continue into TRiBe Hope Restoration Communities after graduation
