Volunteering with TRB Hope Foundation is about showing up where it matters most...when people are carrying real weight and need steady, grounded support. Our mission is built around peer-led restoration, community connection, and practical help when systems fall short. Volunteers are the backbone of that mission, helping us create spaces that are safe, structured, and rooted in dignity, respect, and hope.
Virtual and limited in-person volunteer opportunities, with immediate openings for online peer leads and community moderators. These roles focus on presence, encouragement, and maintaining healthy, supportive environments, not counseling or clinical care. All volunteers in these roles receive training, clear boundaries, and ongoing guidance to ensure confidence and consistency. You do not need prior experience, only reliability, compassion, and a willingness to serve within a peer-led model.
Group and team-based volunteer opportunities will begin opening in Q2 2026, including local outreach, events, and program support. Whether you are looking to serve now in a virtual role or want to be part of future in-person efforts, volunteering here means becoming part of a mission that values people over performance and impact over recognition. If you feel called to help others take their next right step, we would be honored to serve alongside you.
