Who We Are

Truth.
Responsibility.
Becoming.

Every person who is struggling deserves to be seen as someone who is trying — and treated accordingly.

Not a Charity — A Community

We Stand Alongside People Who Are Still Fighting

TRB Hope Foundation is a nonprofit built on a conviction to stand alongside people who are still fighting — who are doing everything they know how to do — and give them the tools, the community, the resources, and the resilience to adapt, overcome, and ultimately thrive.

And when they do — when they find their footing and begin to build the life they were made for — we believe they will feel the conviction to reach back and help the person six months behind them on the same road.

"Rooted in faith. Driven by service. Built for people who are ready to fight for their own lives and just need someone in their corner."

The Problem We Exist to Solve

The Gap Nobody Is Built to Fill

There is a population across our communities nationwide that most programs are simply not built to serve. They work. They pay taxes. They show up every day. But they live in the gap between poverty and stability — earning just enough to be disqualified from most traditional assistance programs, and not nearly enough to actually be okay.

The ALICE Population

Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed

Hardworking people being failed by the system. One car repair, one medical bill, one missed shift away from losing everything they have built.

45%

of Tennessee Valley households fall below the ALICE Threshold

Layered beneath the financial pressure: unaddressed trauma, mental health struggles that go unnamed and untreated, isolation that masquerades as strength, and a workforce that needs real skills and real pathways — not more barriers and more paperwork.

No organization in our region is built to address all of this together. That is the gap TRB Hope Foundation exists to fill.

The Solution

A Community Stability Ecosystem

Every program connects. Every resource reinforces another. People enter through whatever door fits their need. And regardless of where they start, they have access to the full ecosystem.

TRiBe Hope, Operation RESTORE, Operation Marley, and Hope Fund are available to anyone in the United States. TRB Hope Club is a local initiative serving the Tennessee Valley.

TRB Hope Club

TRB Hope Club

A local Tennessee Valley initiative — not a food pantry, but a membership-based shopping experience. Members pay a small monthly fee, receive a monthly point balance, and shop for groceries and essentials online.

TRiBe Hope

The platform that connects it all

Peer-led online community where connection happens, cohorts gather, and members find people who understand what they are carrying.

Operation Restore U

Life skills & workforce readiness

Practical life formation — financial wellness, career development, benefits navigation, digital literacy, and leadership development.

Operation RESTORE

Structured trauma restoration

Peer-led restoration pathways — the Heroes track for veterans and first responders, the Survivors track for trauma survivors of all backgrounds.

Operation Marley

Service dog scholarships

Removing the financial barrier between veterans and first responders and the animals trained to help them heal and re-engage with life.

Hope Fund

Crisis aid & scholarships

Emergency financial assistance, microgrants for households in acute hardship, and scholarships for graduating seniors who demonstrate character and service.

The Journey

The Arc of Every Member

However they arrive, the arc is the same.

01

Met Where They Are

Without judgment, without excessive paperwork, without the feeling that they have to prove they deserve help.

02

Given Real Tools

Not just resources to consume — but skills, community, and the practical formation that builds a more stable, more capable, more resilient person.

03

Begin to Move Forward

Toward stability. Toward purpose. Toward the life they were made for.

04

Reach Back

The person who has walked through hard and come out the other side carries something nobody else has — the credibility of lived experience and the conviction that comes with it.

That person becomes a peer mentor, a volunteer, a community leader, a donor. The community feeds itself.

Mentoring and community

"This is not charity. This is Truth. Responsibility. Becoming."

Our People

Who We Serve

Primary

Veterans, first responders, and trauma survivors navigating the distance between crisis and restoration.

Community

ALICE households and working families across Northwest Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee — the overlooked, the underserved, and the people doing everything right who still cannot get ahead.

Everyone

Anyone who finds themselves on the edge of losing what they have worked so hard on — and is ready to fight to keep it, rebuild it, or build something better than they have ever had.

Our Faith Identity

TRB Hope Foundation operates from a Christian worldview — not as a church, but as an organization that believes every person is made with inherent dignity, that community is the design, and that serving those who are struggling is not optional for people of conviction.

We do not require faith for membership or access to any program. But we do not hide what we are. We actively and intentionally point faith curious members toward Bible-based local churches — because we believe a church community provides what no nonprofit can: a shepherd, a spiritual family, and a foundation that outlasts any program or organization.

We are the bridge. Christ and His church is the home.

Our Team

Meet Our Founder

Brent Beavers — Founder, Chairman, CEO

Brent Beavers

Founder, Chairman, CEO — "The Relentless Beaver"

Brent is a veteran, former law enforcement officer, and seasoned business professional whose life has been shaped by service, loss, and resilience. Throughout his career and personal journey, he confronted major trauma, crisis, and systems that were slow to respond when support was needed most. Rather than succumb to those hardships, he transformed them into purpose.

From surviving personal tragedy to serving in high-pressure environments, Brent developed a leadership perspective rooted in empathy, accountability, and sustained action. He knows firsthand the impact that genuine support — delivered by someone who truly understands — can have on a life in crisis.

That insight became the pillars of TRB Hope Foundation. Built to serve veterans, first responders, trauma survivors, and families facing overwhelming challenges, the Foundation exists to ensure no one faces their darkest moments alone. Through peer-led community, practical support, and pathways to resilience, TRB Hope Foundation bridges the gaps that often leave people adrift when they need help most.

Brent leads with clarity, courage, and a deep conviction that restoration is possible — and that hope can be rebuilt one person, one community, and one life at a time.

We value courage, humility, personal responsibility, and accountability. Our word is our bond, and our actions match our mission.

Excellence

We believe hope is built through consistent action. We pursue excellence in every program, every interaction, and every life we touch.

Peer-Led & Non-Clinical

Our programs are powered by those who have lived through the same struggles — real people with real experience walking alongside others.

Unconditional Service

We serve without condition, welcome people from all backgrounds, and protect dignity, privacy, and trust at every step.

How We Sustain This Work

Every Dollar Matters

TRB Hope Foundation is built on the belief that the community that benefits from this work should also be part of sustaining it — and that every person who gives, at any level, is part of making it real.

Every dollar matters. Every volunteer hour matters. Every person who shares our story, joins our community, or shows up to help is a founder of something that did not exist before they showed up for it. We do not take that lightly, and we never will.

Members give time, trust, and community. Supporters give belief made tangible. Funders provide operational capacity. Together they build something none of them could build alone.

Be Part of Something That Matters

Whether you volunteer, donate, or simply share our story — you become a founder of something that did not exist before you showed up for it.
